Educational qualification M.Com, MBA, B.Ed, M.Phil, DSD(Canada)

Former SGM of IDFC First Bharat Ltd. Having 36 year of experience in Micro finance and CSR activities. Especially in the organising women empowerment program. She gave Gender awareness to School children and personal health awareness to girl students. She is a former Trustee in ASA Trust and Gramavidiyal Trust for 15 years. She had responsibility of Presiding Officer of IC committee at IDFC First Bharat. She is a Certified POSH Trainer.

2. Prabu.M - Trustee

Educational qualification M.Com, MBA

Retired from Cooperative Bank as Manager. Having 25 years of experience in credit program.He attended NCF training at Bangalore. He is having experience in Child Labour Elimination program. Conducted several skill training program to the women members.

3. Rona. P- Trustee

Educational qualification B.Com.LLB (Hons)

She is very much interested in women empowerment activities. She has given lectures on Girls Rights and related Law for College students. She has published and presented papers related to women such as A study of women on board of directors in Indian companies . And now she is working as a Legal adviser in Corporate company at Chennai.

MISSION

Our MISSION To empower women from deprived communities, we conduct various programs and raise awareness to add value to their lives by providing life skills training and access to Microfinance.

Objectives:

1. To work for socially and economically deprived sections of the rural people
2. To work for the sustainable development of the society through community organizing capacity building by providing education housing and addressing local issues
3. To create employment opportunities through microcredit and enterprise development
4. To involve in lobbying and advocacy for micro and macro issues.
5. Area Of Operation: Tamil Nadu.
6. Branch office is located in KK Nagar. And having 23 centres around 7 KM of KK Nagar.
